MELESTARIKAN BUDAYA, MENATA KEUANGAN: PENGUATAN PEMBUKUAN AKUNTANSI PADA USAHA MIKRO, KECIL, DAN MENENGAH JEMPARINGAN DI KULON PROGO

Abstract

This community service program aimed to strengthen accounting bookkeeping practices at Bajra Lungit Art, a cultural-based MSME producing traditional jemparingan equipment in Kulon Progo, Yogyakarta. The program addressed the lack of systematic financial records, which hindered cash flow monitoring and business evaluation. The activity used participatory training and mentoring methods through observation, lectures, discussions, demonstrations, and bookkeeping practice. The results showed that participants improved their understanding and skills in recording transactions, preparing simple financial reports, and separating personal and business finances. The program also supported the sustainability of local culture-based creative industries through better financial management.
