Abstract

ABSTRACT

“Teamwork skills are essential competencies for students in navigating social and organizational dynamics. However, students’ awareness of the importance of collaboration, particularly within school organizational activities, remains limited. This community service program aims to enhance students’ understanding and teamwork skills through training integrated into the Basic Leadership Training (LDK) program for Madrasah Aliyah Ma’arif Darussholihin students. The program employed a participatory training approach, consisting of planning, implementation, group simulation, and evaluation stages. The training materials covered fundamental concepts of teamwork, effective communication, role distribution, trust building, and conflict management. The results indicate an improvement in students’ understanding of teamwork, as well as enhanced communication, coordination, and collaborative attitudes, including responsibility and mutual respect. This program contributes positively to the development of leadership character and collaborative competencies among students. Therefore, teamwork training through LDK can serve as an effective strategy for strengthening character education and student leadership development.”
